UI design for landing page

I was recently invited to submit a proposal for the redesign of the landing page of the Savanna Institue, a non-profit organization that promotes regenerative agriculture.

My idea was to create a modern, clean design with a little bit of star dust ✨ in just the right places, but without too many animations and other distracting effects.

After sketching out some ideas in Figma, I eventually implemented the design in React and Next.js. I used Tailwind CSS for the styling, shadcn/ui as a component 'library' and the phosphor icon set.

I did not end up winning the project, but I had a lot of fun working on the proposal, so I thought I'd share it here.
